Computer newbies forum: cursor moves on its own into previous lines of type

First, because such things can be caused by malware, please download, install, update, then run a full system scan with free AVG Antispyware from the link below:

If malware is not the cause, then open the "Control Panel", double click on the "Mouse" icon, then click on the 'Pointer Options' tab, then UNCHECK the box next to "Enhance Pointer Precision".

If that doesn't help, try swapping in a known good keyboard and mouse.. See if it's simply a hardware problem.

You find it in the mouse controls in the control panel.

Try de-installing Internet Explorer (8?) and download a fresh copy and re-install it.

All curious cursor jumps dissapear then.
This problem is not related to any malware, any keypad driver, any text processing environment, or cookies,etc It has to do with IE8 and it's settings and their alterations during it's lifetime.
There is no way to reset it. Just de/re install it from a frsh download.
Symptoms (if you pay attention) . Cursor jumps to it previous position (within same word) or in the line you'de click and write before.
You'll not find any other real reference in the web for this threat. I'll do the same right now because I have (again after 4-5 months) the same problem
