need help adding movies to my mp3 player

i recently purchased a zen vision w for my birthday. i have loaded all my music and pictures, but want to add my dvd collection to it. i have set up amazon unbox, but the price is too high for movies i already have. i would like help to put my dvd's on my zen.

they gave me some odd program that didnt help, i want to be able to take my dvd disks and put them on my zen
