Converting CD's that I purchased(in Wave Format) to MP3s?

I want to convert all my CDs that I purchased in Music stores to MP3 for transportation. With the so called 500+ CDs it gets buky to try and pack them, so with them in MP# format I would not have suck a lot of CDs to carry. Can anyone help?

Can be done in Windows Mediaplayer. You've got the choice to save in .wma or .mp3 format, as far as I know.
Or download a free program like cdex to convert CD to MP3.

I use MusicMatch JukeBox. Easy to rip to your hard drive then just compile the songs you want and then burn to cd. You can get the free version first to see if you like it.
