What is it?

What does it do?

It is not enabled. Do I need to enable it? If yes, How?

'Evening, Rick,

The Mozilla default plugin controls the Firefox plug-in finder, the tool activated when you load a page that requires a plug-in, such as Flash, that you have yet to install. It's disabled by default, so you'll receive the informational bar alerting you need the plug-in. If you enable it, you'll receive a popup box whenever a plug-in is required, giving you additional information about it, such as the download site. I just leave it alone, but if you'd like to enable it:

1.) Go to about:config
2.) Find: plugin.default_plugin_disabled
3.) Double-click the entry to change the value.
4.) ''True'' disables it while ''false'' enables it.

Thanks, John.

I was reading the story about:plugins and looked. That was the only one that was not enabled. Since it's better to leave it alone, that's what I will do. I would prefer to add the plugins as I need them
