Should I upgrade my PC from P4 1.5 Ghz to 1.8Ghz?

My PC is old: P4 1.5Ghz (Socket 423), 512 MB RBAM, only can play "BF2" and "Need For Speed Most Wanted" in low setting, I checked the price of CPU of Socket 423 from WWW. Pricewatch, found 1.8 Ghz is cheaper ($55), but 1.9 Ghz and 2.0 Ghz are cost $110-$160. So anybody know that should I upgrade my PC from P4 1.5 Ghz to 1.8Ghz? Or worth to 2.0 Ghz? Thank you first!

Get a high end graphics card

A better video card will help you much more than a few MHZ in a CPU.

Which video card is good/

The video card now I am using is ATI Radeon 9600 SE (This is the third video card with my PC), since the AGP slot is only 4X on my motherboard, so is there any way to upgrade to 8X and which video card is good for
me? Thank you!

Faster / Better Video card

You are limited to what ever speed the AGP slot is rated to run.
A video card with more RAM will help.
Should you decide to upgrade beyond a 4x card, you will have to buy another main board. Consider a PCI Express setup; the video cards run faster, but as it is still newer technology, they may be more than you want to spend.
There are so many cards available, it's hard to say which might be better for you. Figure out how much you are willling to spend and find a card in that price range.
Tomshardware.com does reviews on a lot of hardware.
