FTP on Windows 8

Hello,

I am having trouble connecting to an FTP folder on Windows 8. On both 7 and Vista, I was able to do it through "Add a Network Location." When I do that option now, the FTP doesn't accept the password I have used on the previous machines without problem, and the other folder is not recognized at all as a viable option. There is no program like Kaspersky or McAfee on it so that isn't the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Does http://www.thewindowsclub.com/mftp-free-ftp-metro-app-windows-8 work with you?
