If anyone could help, my computer acknowledges that I have 2 Seagate's but there a drive letter for one and not the other. My devices manager has both but when I look in properties the one that doesn't have drive letter has zeros as the s/n # . need help!! thanks

I saw this in an earlier Windows. If the drive had the same USB ID as another, you could only use the first drive. Later Microsoft fixed that issue.

Since these are the same model you can test for that bug by rebooting with the drive the didn't work attached and leaving the working one detached.

If you find that bug then you report it to MSFT. Some folk forget this is a new OS and will have bugs and repeated bugs from the past.
