Google Hides some Apps in the WebStore on Windows 8

If a user visits the Chrome Web Store on Windows 8, the store will filter out all items that use plugins from the home page and the various category pages.

Also, using Chrome Metro you can't isntall some very popular extensions like Screen Capture, Awesome Screenshot, Click&Clean and other.

8 is all about controlling the marketplace. Their store, their rules.

This is not your PC. (PC = Personal Computer) This is now a corporate run system. I give it a year to see how this plays out.
