How to change time zone on apps of Windows 8?

I recently upgraded to Windows 8. My laptop's time zone is set for EST but Windows 8's Calendar and Mail apps show PST. How can I change it?

Check for time zone in PC Settings

Hi,

Check if the time zone selected in PC Settings is EST as shown on this article.
Check the time zone in your live email account and ensure that this email account is used to log on to Windows.
