System partition not big enough to install W8

Hi there
just got the upgrade for W8.. Upgrading from W7.. I have used the compatibilty tool, no major issues, one or two old programs show issues. Key issue is when i run the setup of W8 i get the above message.. What do i need to do to make the required space? I have 56Gb free HDD size..

any ideas?

There isnt enough free space on the system partition?

extend partition
