Windows 8 Complexity?

The most people, I know are still using Windows XP & they even don't want to try Windows 7 but somehow who tried always says that I will not understand the Windows 8 & they forgive the idea of even trying the new OS.
I am not from one of them but I also think what will happen to the old people using old OS & those who barely shifted to Windows 7?
I think now it's time for them to attend training lessons silly

I prefer window7 or window XP rather than the window 8 because in window at first time you like to use easy access of your system but it wont take long time to you to run into problems. There are number of functions available in window 8 so it is bit difficult to find them in your system. You cant customize it because there is no control panel tile. The another problem which i note down is that this window 8 bring two large separate worlds together,one program which you are running currently and the another one is start screen apps. It can complicate the way you work.
