I have a acer aspire zyf and my windows wont load for some reason and the recovery system is also freezing in me..

So acer supoort send me 6 cd/dvd with some backup i guess..no help guide or anything includet.



I have these cd



1 Boot cd



4 Base W7hp-64 cd



1 language pack danish cd



What do i need to do first ?





I tryed to start the Erecovery and there was no option available with restore from cd/dvd



i can only retore factory setting and user settings..none works because i guess my data drive with the current backup is also messed up...so plz help me
..

Obviously you were able to contact Acer once to get them to send you the discs. Contact them again and ask for the procedure. Usually you boot from one of the discs, and it asks what you want to do, giving you the choice to restore to factory settings. When you tell it to do that, it would format your hard drive and reload everything that was on it when they shipped it from the factory.
