Since you only have one screen with a touch system, it makes sense that calibration would only apply to one screen.
It's a shame no one explains such things today.

Hi, Bob! Yeah, I have only one screen with touch system...The thing is that I didn't mark this screen to be my Primary, as I ave read somewhere that Windows 7 requires that this screen must be set to Primary, in order to function....But, when I hit the Calibrating button, I cannot tap in the Corner, where the markers are....So, problem is still NOT solved....:((
So it's a bug.

I can only guess you are tapping on the screen that has the touch capability. And if you find a bug in multiple screen support you are back to Acer and Microsoft to ask if they can fix this.
Workarounds could be to swap the primary screens.
