Why does my computer keep hag when ever i start playing game

every time i started playing games after 10 to 15 mins i start to feel lag and the screen will turn black out of suddenly, then my pc will have a tone like its hanged after that it wont reboot and i have to manually reboot. please help! there is a code shown at the first few times (BCCODE 116)

my computer specs:
Acer predator G3610
16gb RAM
2TB of capacity
NVIDIA GT545 3GB
550W (power supply)

How old is it?

Is it in warraty? (if so, call it in.)

Did you do your regular maintenance?

Its 4 days old.. I dont have much things to say because i only had it 4 days ago but i am lazy to bring it to service center.. so i am trying my luck to see if there is a "cure"

Most don't. They get it back to the dealer and have it fixed.

Even if it is a driver issue, it is defective from the get-go and not your problem.

It seems you have some video based error and googling refers to it as driver issue. If that is solely a driver issue, then d/l the latest driver and install. You got a healthy 3gb video card, heck that's a mtrbd. amt. of ram. All said and done, you do gaming, thus you put your PC through the paces. I suggest you have bigger PSU even if 550W seems like alot, the heat stress maybe playing havoc as you had it only 4-days and poof already problems. Such issues are usually power or heat and heat reduces the power stability, so don't discount that. Improve cooling and better PSU should make a difference. Alas, get unlazy, otherwise you'll have larger warranty issues than what already is known. They're suppose to make this work, if not and not resolved properly, return for refund or credit towards a better PC, yada, yada.
