Acer Aspire 5315 Wireless Antenna Light Reversed ! PLS Help

Hi,

After installing Windows 7 on the above mentioned laptop I have noticed that my wireless antenna light is reversed i.e. it is completely off when wireless is activated and fully on when deactivated !

Please can someone help me, it is really annoying to have this problem....

I have tried installing older drivers/newer drivers (BROADCOM) as well as installing launch manager. So far no resolution....

Maybe there is a registry entry to alter the way the light functions ???

Any help is greatly appreciated to get to the bottom of this !

drivers on their sites for laptops they sold with one OS and another OS comes out. Vendors tend to look forward more then backwards. But you may be able to find a driver from the wireless card that works. I have an 2 Acers and one I upgraded from Vista to Windows and the Vista driver worked. My windows 7 machine I switrched the Atheros wireless card for an Intel and my light works.

The wireless works; only the light is reversed.....

Are there any registry keys that I could change to possibly fix the problem ?
