My 7520G dead. Switching on I have a dark screen, after 3-4 sec the laptop continouosly switch of and start again. No BIOS screen, no boot screen.
I read in different forums the solution can be a so called BIOS blink flash from USB stick. On the net is written some procedures how to do it, but no concrete for 7520G.
I tried the procedure is written to the Aspire One. I formatted the USB stick with the HP software, downloaded the required BIOS file from the ACER site, and made a copy of the extrackted files to the stick.
I created an autoexec.bat (echo off
phlash16.exe ic50133.WPH /x /s).
Following the procedure, using the FN+ESC key combination I plugged the electricity, after the USB stick and switched on the laptop.
The screen remain dark, the fan was working, and nothing more. I tried this procedure in all 4 USB connection point, but there is no change. Even the control lamp of the stick does not ligth.
Does somebody have any idea about the concrete BIOS flash process to the 7520G, or any kind of other solution??
