aspire 6930g battery

I recently upgraded the memory from 3gb to 4gb(and a faster type) and also the graphics from 9300m gs (ddr2 256mb) to a 9600m gt (ddr3 512mb).

Since doing so the power consumption has gone up. When I powered my laptop up today it told me I need a new battery.

Does anyone know which is the best to get? I have no idea what the mAh rating is or if 6 or 8 cell is better.

Any help appreciated.

Sorry but without knowing the AmpHours (capacity) I can't answer which is better.
