acer 5738ZG screen problem?

i have an acer 5738ZG and when i used it ,sometimes , it get stuck and i have to close it and restart it.The laptop needs reboot to start working.
I need to upload a picture to show you the symbols it appears(maybe the graphic card is off) i don't know what to do.Any idea?

Are you doing your 6 month vent cleaning and does reloading the factory OS change the issue?
