Acer in general part II

This is an average transcript from a consumers perspective.
4th April 2011 : Consumer send of faulty laptop and charger to acer for service as it's still under warranty.
12th April 2011: Consumer receives laptop but it's missing the charger
So i then called them that same day and i was promised they were sending one that day.
18th April 2011: Consumer calls acer regarding the where abouts of the charger i was told was sent the week prior,Turns out they never sent it
So i ask for there supervisor and some person named Zaar express how "sorry" they are for screwing up my studies with there sheer incompetency and tries to sugar coat the incident by insulting me with an 6 month free extended warranty valued at 50$.
As if going through the stock factory warranty wasn't enough.
All in all
Thieves and liars and god forbid the day you actually have to get them to honor there warranty.
