IE9 With Vistas

I have tried IE9 twice and had to go back to IE8 because it slowed down everything and took forever to get to hotmail.Has anyone else had this problem? I have an Acer T690 and took it to a tech and he checked everything out and came to the conclusion it was the IE9.When we removed IE9 everything is now working fine.

Many don't bother with IE at all.

Many run the other browsers for this or other reasons.
