How to I fix my android from rebooting constantly?

ever since I updated my software to the jelly bean update, I've had problems with it. Sometimes it'll be "fixed" but then within a few months later it starts acting up again. I sometimes can't even use my phone cause it shuts off and the LED light turns on blue like I've restarted it. Each time it does this my battery get's knocked down a 5 or more percent. I assume it does that cause when it boots up everything is lit and it plays that, quite honestly annoying as heck noise. Even then when I go to turn it back on, it gets as far as the "Samsung Galaxy SII" before it shuts off and starts over again. Now I've read that sometimes it's the apps that may be on the phone conflicting with the update, or recently I read it could have been the SD card. But this person explained that it would notify him that there was damage to the SD card. I've never gotten this notice before. But this is the 3rd time it's been acting up. I've factory reset it at least 3 times, and it's practically factory new. I don't have and SD card in there, I've not downloaded any apps. But it still reboots itself. And it's getting more and more frequent.
