Android and Outlook

I work remotely from my company's office and server. To setup my Droid X2 smartphone to use my works outlook email, would I use the same settings as my email on my laptop? Example: same incoming and outgoing server names, addresses, port numbers, etc....? Or is the smartphone setup diffrently?

I sat down and tried it until I got what I wanted. What I want is rarely what you want so I suggest you dive in and start the trials.

Some work email servers are not on the internet. For that access we had different IP addresses and no names since we didn't publish it for DNS. Your IT staff should have those addresses.
