I have a Samsung Galaxy SII Epic 4G Touch on Sprint, whew that's a mouthful! After the last update to ICS months back, my phone has gotten sluggish as hell. Someone had said, "Root it and all will be well." Seems like an easy enough process. While I understand what rooting generally is, what would be the drawbacks? Like, does that mean any future update that comes my way on Sprint will still come to me or is everything up to me after a root? Other things? Thoughts? Thanks!
