Install xCloud on a samsung galaxy tab2 7.0?

I installed a great app xCloud on a samsung galaxy tab2 7.0,. I also installed the app. on my PC. Everything works perfectly except the function instant uploads. On the camera program but the screen remains black. Says "Connected to PC via WiFi - Upload will proceed in backend" and the shutter button does not work. I checked the menu of settings and I can not turn the direct transmission. He points to "Please turn Instant Upload on your PC first" How do I activate this option? Please help me.

Due to the spam from folk, this title is going to be locked and deleted without notice.
