Pandora App on Samsung Smart Hub have network issues

Pandora App on Samsung Smart Hub open up and linked to my pandora account but gave me following error "The network connection ahs failed please check the network settings"
However, browser and Youtube is working fine.
Samsung Remote App (android) on my smartphone gives similar error "Both your smartphone and TV should be connected to the same access point. Please check your network settings"
Samsung Tech support on chat suggested to reset, which I have done twice with no relief.
Please help !
