Pandora App on Samsung Smart Hub have network issues

Pandora App on Samsung Smart Hub open up and linked to my pandora account but gave me following error "The network connection ahs failed please check the network settings"

However, browser and Youtube is working fine.

Samsung Remote App (android) on my smartphone gives similar error "Both your smartphone and TV should be connected to the same access point. Please check your network settings"

Samsung Tech support on chat suggested to reset, which I have done twice with no relief.

Please help !

I can only address the same network issue.

That error is one I've seen and usually, most of the time it's the router firewall issue. I will not be able to detail how to turn it off but your router manual should tell you along with what else it could be such as CLIENT ISOLATION or GUEST networking.

Connection to the same access point

Unfortunately, this message is too generic. I found the problem to be lack of network setup, namely, Allshare. After loading a network driver and Allshare on a PC, I was able to connect a smartphone and tablet to my Samsung Smart TV:

Enter model # (mine was UN46ES7500)

46" Class (45.9" Diag.) LED 7500 Series Smart TV

Below Manuals & Downloads tab, select Software

Choose the Allshare (Software) (ver.x.x.x.xxxxx_xx), currently includes support for Win XP/Vista/Windows 7

Just last few weeks, Smart Hub was busted.
