Which of these is coming soon? I have an upgrade December 22nd and want a playstation certified phone to play console-quality games on it.

But there is something else worth knowing. My bet is that rooted and devices that don't have the stock rom may be locked out. Nothing wrong with that as otherwise the content might be pirated.

I want actual phones with specs that are coming out, not deals that say they're going to make playstation certified phones 'soon' or anything like that.

Example:

HTC PS phone with 3GB RAM 1.7GHZ processor 32GB storage NFC etc etc coming January 2013.

As such is not here, no one can give you a solid answer. My answer is from what I heard around a few wireless device makers a few months ago at a developers seminar. Those that root and unlock may be unhappy.
