Need Suggestion for a buying an Android,Requirements given

Hey,

My dad is in severe need of a "VERY GOOD PHONE" matching his needs
which are

1) Good Camera(He has been using Nokia 6300 which is a very
good camera that has 16.7M colours making it a very good camera even
though the pixel rate is just 2MP)

2)Decent Screen Size(>=3.5Inches) and a non touch screen/QWERTY pad phone
As there is no phone without a touch screen matching these

requirements, he has settled for a QWERTY Keypad narrowing the shotlist to

Sony Ericsson XPERIA Mini Pro(but the screen is small ) and Pro(looks old
fashioned and performance is also not as good as other phones in market))

3)Dual Sim

The above requirement takes precedence over this as
we couldnt find a phone which has both the point 2 and 3. We could only
find a couple of phones which satisfy only the point 1. They are HTC Desire V
and Samsung Galaxy ACE Duos. The former seems to have the better camera.

And

4) Last but not the least!!! An Android!!!, Reliable with very few issues and

good battery backup

The above shortlist is a result of some research from GSMArena and NDTV Gadgets
considering all the technical specifications.

Do you see anyother phones in market or coming in the near future with the above Needs??
The Budget would be about 20K and the requirements go in the same order given above.
If we dont have a phone matching all these, please suggest any trade-offs!!!
