I have a question about my new Android 2.2 tablet and getting it to work on our wireless Ethernet network. The tablet finds the network and I see the network's name under "Wifi settings."
If I touch the lined icon at the top of the wifi settings screen, it displays the choices "Scan" and "Advanced." Under "Advanced," there's a valid mac address and "use static IP" is not ticked. When I touch "Scan," it does seem to scan but gives the message "Not in range, secured with WPA/WPA2 PSK." This happens even if the tablet is very close to the router and modem.
Can anyone help? I can provide additional info if needed.
TIA
Jaina
