Cant access my .mac email anymore

Hi there,

I'm new here and hoping that someone may be able to help me out with my problem. I recently got a Galaxy S2 and synced it to both my .mac and gmail addresses. I had no problems accessing, sending emails, receiving emails on either account but I noticed this morning that I am no longer receiving emails from my .mac account. My phone refused to refresh the email content, it kept telling me there was a connection error. So, I deleted my .mac account on my phone and have for the last 2 hours been trying to add it back on.... Unfortunately, I keep getting a message that says it cannot finish setup as either my email address or password is incorrect. This is not the caseas I havent changed either of them since initially adding the .mac address to my phone when I got it...
I can access my gmail account on the phone with no problems, it is updating my new emails constantly and I have absolutely no ideas why it has suddenly taken a dislike to my .mac account!

Any help and/or advice is gratefully received happy

My friend has the exact same problem. He got a Galaxy S2 last week. Could you link me into the solution? Thanks
