Best headphones (natural sound and bass)?

Right now all I have are the Altec Lansing Backbeats 160. They sound natural and have decent bass. For my computer I just use my Turtle Beach X12's and they sound AMAZING with awesome bass.

Does anyone know awesome on-ear or over-ear headphones that I could use that have natural sound with awesome bass (which excludes Skullcandy and Beats)?

Right now I have a Nexus S and will be upgrading to the HTC One X soon...

Any help is much appreciated!

I picked up a pair on Amazon for around $50. They have great quality sound, plenty at the low end without muddling the highs. The earpads are extremely comfortable.
When you pair these up with the Poweramp equalizer, it takes the sound quality to another level.
