How to setup VPN in android 4.0?

I have to use vpn on android ,
when 2.3.7 works ok
but when upgrade with android 4.0
vpn can not connect? why?

We know it didn't work in prior versions.

This is exactly what you give to your IT at work. On our old WinMo units, Cisco sold an app to do the Cisco VPN so I never bought that but handed my phone to the IT staffer and filled out the request form. Then they would get it working.

Follow these simple steps "How to setup VPN in android":
• From Home Screen Go to Menu and then Navigate to Settings.
• Go to Wireless & networks VPN settings.
• Tap on Add VPN and you select the type of VPN to add.
• Just follow the prompted onscreen instructions to configure your VPN settings.
• Tap Save to save your settings.
Now you are done with configuring VPN on your Android device.
Now Steps to connect to VPN.
• Go to VPN Settings.
• From the list of VPN's choose the VPN you want to connect with.
• Click connects.
