It sounds as if you want the PC software to run on Android. We know that does not work.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager for Android

I use Microsoft Picture Manager on my laptop. Is there anything like this for my android? I want to be able to email customers various pictures and groups of pictures right from my phone the same way that I do from my laptop. Is this possible with any app that you know of? I use dropbox for some files but the number of photos and the various groups of photos that I am requested to send make it impossible to use dropbox for this.. Thanks

Other photo editor tools fro android

Microsoft Office Picture manager cannot e downloaded into Android based gadgets I guess.
I think we have to go for other photo editor tools like Adobe Photoshop Express,Pic Say - Photo Editor,Pics Art.
These are the photo editors supported by android based phones.
