Panasonic Plasma TV

I just had my 60"inch Plasma TV make a pop sound and the tv stopped working, the screen was blank, 7 red lights were blinking and I noticed an internal crack on the right bottom......it's just a little over a year old.....I'm disappointed and frustrated and not too sure what to do.....never experienced anything like this.....please help and advise.

Hi. I am having the same problem you are. I posted on here as well and as of yet have had no responses to my problem. Mine is a Panasonic 46 inch plasma. The crack is on the upper left side of the screen and I also have the seven blink code going on. Haven't tried to contact Panasonic because I don't think they will be willing to do anything but I did purchase a Plan from where the tv was bought. Going to try that route first and if not will have to eat the cost of a new one. Not a happy camper. I have a beautiful big black paperweight instead of a tv now. Did you get any assistance on this issue? If so, what did you do?
