Panasonic TV not turning on properly.

Hi,

I have a panasonic TX-32LMD70.

Most of the time when I switch the tv on with the remote it comes on then goes off. It then has a red LED light blinking and you have to go up to the TV and press the button to turn the tv off and press again to switch on. I find this really annoying!!

Please can you help?

But it does sound like one of the classic issues. If you research BAD CAPS and BAD CAPS HDTV you find the symptom matches. The sets will power up then off then try again and it comes on.

I've seen so many BAD CAPS in the past decade, it's not funny.
