Problem with firmware upgrade on SA-BT-100 Blu ray player

Hi guys,
Tried to update the firmware on my Panasonic SA-BT-100 Blu ray player today. I burned the file onto a CD-R just like the panasonic site recommends. I know they say to be patient and it takes 45 mins etc but mines been going for 9 hours now.
The display is flashing a message saying "W DSP"
Can anyone help me?

Firmware upgrade SA-BT-100

I ended up phoning the Panasonic helpline, they told me to turn the pllayer off at the powerpoint, wait a few minutes, turn it back on again and once it turns back on, you should be able to open the tray.

After it opens, close it again and start the process again.

Worked for me.
