Why am I no longer getting sound on Netflix?

I have a BTT370 Blu Ray home theater system. It no longer gets sound when playing Netflix streaming content (video is fine). Signal strength is great and in fact can stream Netflix with sound through the Panasonic plasma TV. Did something go haywire in a firmware upgrade? How can this be fixed?

Netflix sound issue

Try out the Netflix by going direct to the TV from the NEtflix box. If that does not solve the problem, you know its the NEtflix box. If it does, your problem is with the home theater systems reception. If neither works, it could be your HDMI cable.
