Cordless 360 Iron (NI-WL600)- Empty water after each use?

I read the manual that says don't store it with water inside. I just bought mine and was just wondering if anyone has left the water in for the next day's ironing. I just can't imagine having to dump the water and refill each time. Who does that?

I am so far, but I am curious if there are serious consequences to leaving the water in overnight until I iron the next morning with the water that's left inside the reservoir.

Mean that instructions must be written to cover all bases and not what works or is practical.

Thanks and I understand that. Considering that there was probably a lot of time spent developing the product, I am just trying to understand if anyone has had any issues leaving water in there for 24 hours or so. Will the unit be damaged and how. So strange for a product to be developed to be so convenient and then throw in a circumstantial feature that undermines the convenience of it's other features and the actual use of the product. Though what you've stated makes perfect sense.

I doubt I'd get replies from people who've used it in the way I question, but we'll see.

It is possible for very small impurities to be stuck in the water but cannot be seen. These little dirt or dust may settle on the bottom of the tank after the water is left for some time. These impurities may cause discoloration or bad odor to the tank. It is recommended to empty the tank after being used especially if it is going to be stored.
