My Panasonic TC-32LZ800 was a casualty in a recent lightning strike. I opened the set and saw obvious damage to the controller board (TNPH0720). I don't see any other damage to the rest of the set and I am willing to take a chance on getting a new board to try and resurrect it if the price were right, but an exact replacement of that board is very expensive $400+ and I am not willing to risk it for that much. Does anyone know of another cheaper board that would work as a substitute? I have seen similar boards without the VGA input that were much cheaper and I really only care about the HDMI input for the TV.
Any help would be appreciated.
