PANASONIC PT-52LCX16 - Power up problems

I have a PANASONIC PT-52LCX16, about 5+ yrs old. Just replaced the lamp few weeks ago. It was working fine and the picture is as clear as when we first got it. But now it's having problems powering up. When I turn it ON from the remote or tv power button it blinks green for about a minute then dies. It takes up to 10-20 tries for it to power up (up to 30 mins!). But when it's ON there's no problem with the picture or anything. PLS HELP! Thanks!

I've searched the net and found that it might be a ballast problem. Can anyone pls give me a link to where I can buy it online?
