Plasma TV - TX-P42S30B or TX-P42U30B??

Ok, I've narrowed my search down to these two.

The differences are that the TX-P42S30B has:

1. Viera Connect

2. Wifi ready

3. HDMI inputs 3 rather than 2

4. USB ports

5. Surround sound

6. Smooth film

The price difference on Amazon is £50 (£484/434).

Do you think it's worth the extra £50?

My feeling is that these items sound quite significant but I wondered if they really are, in practice, or just marketing hype.

But an extra HDMI is handy and surround sound sidesteps you learning about the 5.1 issues and setup of the HT system. Even if the wifi stuff wasn't there it may be worth it.
