Panasonic Plasma TV Black Level

Since Panasonic made a change to improve the long-term black level quality in its 2011 models, has it been confirmed that the black level problem does not exist anymore? cnet's reviews say that Panasonic made a change but does not say whether the change has fixed the problem.

There are folk that will still pan the blackest of blacks. Be sure to go see the models first hand.
