What country? 900 EURO should have quite a few.

You have your price, your CPU so what models did you find for this much?

Here I'm looking at Samsung. But I'll skip the touch screen for other features as I don't have a gorilla arm and we know we can't use this for more than finger painting.

Well i did a search at Newegg and I found

2 and it is an Asus Vivobook Ultrabook and its listed as 699.99 and the Acer Aspire V5-571P-6642 for 699.99 also . One thing about the ultrabooks is they have the processors that are more energy efficient from their laptop cousins. The Vivobook has the Intel Core i5-3317U 1.7G. The Ultrabooks have the i5 with the product line identifier U example 3317U. These processors have clocks speeds to make them more energy efficient.

The problem is the touchscreen part as Newegg ONLY has
