Toshiba Satellite M30 - Unable to boot from USB drives -help

by Insaf_Mohd - 5/12/12 6:19 AM

Hello All,

I am new to Toshiba forums, so greetings!

I have this weird issue for almost an year now that, my Satellite M30 notebook (little old though) is not able to boot from any USB drives such as bootable OS disk, app disk (like Acrosnis True Image ), USB external CD/DVD drives - NOTHING! I change the boot order, or use F12 and hit 'Removable Devices' but the system quick skips and return to my Windows. My internal CD drive is out of order and my only resort is USB boot for a system rescue!

Here is my system information if that helps,
