I want a new laptop for surfing the web, e-mails and using i-tunes. I do not do gaming. I want to purchase a brand where you can talk to someone in this country if you have a problem and the company's customer service has a good reputation. I had a problem with a Samsung printer and the customer service agents would not budge. I fouind a site that rated customer service satisfaction and Samsung was on the bottom. Living in Boston we do not have many places to purchase computers-what are your thoughts about Newegg and Tiger Direct?
Thanks for your help.
