Is it possible to fix a laptop computer with discoloration?

My laptop has this yellow discoloration in the very middle. It is very mild, if you look straight at it but, look at it at a different angle you see green. This happened after putting a lot of pressure in the very middle of the laptop when it was closed. It is an LCD screen with an LED back light i believe. If there is something that you would like to know to try to resolve this just tell me I am open to any suggestions on how to fix this if possible. thank you in advance.

You replace the LCD. The pressure the owner applied must not be fixed by adding more green.
