Poor Toshiba support -recovery CD order cannot be canceled

I ordered a recovery CD on Toshiba web. A few hours later, when i found my original disk and also figured out my computer had harddisk problem, I called to cancel. Toshiba wouldn't do it and sent me to their customer relationship department and still nobody of that department can cancel the order for me, even though the disk was not even made.
I cannot believe the way how they treat their customers and it is unheard of. Any similar experience?
