3rd Party Replacement Battery.

It's time for me to get a replacement for the battery for my ibm t60 laptop battery and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good website to order a third party battery from, excluding ebay that is, or is it just my best option to go with the battery from ibm/lenovo.

Too many horror stories about third party batteries melting, overheating, and failing. In such case will the seller replace your PC? Spend a few extra bucks and get a warranty and support.

My local Batteries Plus rebuilt a laptop battery for me by opening the case and replacing the cells at 1/2 the price of a new one. But, these were Ni-Cads. Today's batteries are often Li-Ion and have specific characteristics for recharging that are known to the computer; ergo, there is no simple generic replacement possible. DARN!
