Damn SmartCard Problems`

I've had my Acer travelmate 8104 for almost two years now. I always had the smart card in so i never had to bother with it. I made a password for it a when i first got the computer and now i can't remember it. Unfortunately for me i was looking through the security settings on my computer and i accidentally checked the box that requires you to enter in your password for the smartcard. when i tried to uncheck the box it asked for the password. . . now when i try to turn on my computer immediately after i log on to my account it asks me for a password that i don't know. and there isn't any kind of security question that i can answer or anything. what can i do?
