Good laptop in range 25000-30000 INR

hi
I am a student i want to buy a laptop in the range 25000-30000 INR. I want to use it
for java programming , listening songs, web browsing.
Also i want the laptop to be upgradeable. Initially i can do away with somewhat lower configuration.
Please suggest; your help would be highly appreciated.

Basically laptops aren't very upgradeable.

You can upgrade memory and Hard Drive. Those are basically the least expensive parts of the laptop anyways. So intially your not going to see big pricew differents between machine with variations of those components. The biggest price differences are in Processor, screen and graphic processors.
